Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading or coordinating people.
• 5+ years in SAP/ERP experience.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inventory control SAP driven, by managing a team of employees who investigates RCA of inventory discrepancies, Cycle Counting routine, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services.

• You will be mainly accountable for:
• Ensure full inventory coverage through periodic cycle counts based on ABC classification.
• Supervise and audit cycle count execution to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Own and drive inventory accuracy across all plant areas, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory (SAP).
• Maintain inventory accuracy targets and ensure compliance with corporate and audit requirements.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner.
• Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
