Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt team in daily activities, maintaining accurate inventory records aligned with client SLAs. The role supports continuous improvement and works with Operations leadership to drive excellence.

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy, reporting, and safeguarding customer inventory while fostering a safe, compliant work environment and developing the team for succession and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and monitor service levels per contracts and SLAs.
• Maximize the performance of site inventory processes and systems to safeguard care, custody and control of customer inventory and ensure accuracy to floor and customer books.
• Provide required documentation to customers or auditors in support of compliance requirements.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels.
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned duties.
