Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Mount Pleasant, IA, is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead materials flow across receiving, storage and outbound operations. The role focuses on gap analysis, lean improvements, and ensuring on-hand materials meet production needs while minimizing inventory investment.

You will develop PFEP, oversee cycle counts, coordinate with internal factories and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organization and planning skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for material flow to meet production and delivery goals.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and drive reduction of carrying costs.
• Lead cycle counting and PFEP initiatives to ensure accurate perpetual inventory.
