Qualifications

• Experience supervising inventory staff and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts, including quarterly cycle counts and full physical inventories; record results and discrepancies.
• Advise associates on care, preservation, handling, storage and shipping of products.
• Direct and schedule work of inventory staff to maximize efficiency.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System to monitor accuracy and discrepancies; direct tasks based on reports.
• Identify operational errors impacting inventory accuracy; issue corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze data to optimize inventory layout and management practices for accuracy.
• Communicate inventory results and discrepancies to management and customers as required.
• Research and resolve discrepancies including customer claims and adjustments.
• Maintain and update inventory records within the Warehouse Management System.
