Job summary

Acutec Precision Aerospace, Inc. is seeking personnel to manage raw material inventory, ensure accuracy and organize stock in a fast-paced environment. Duties include processing materials, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement on obsolete material scrap.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with overhead cranes and fork trucks, and proficiency with measuring tools. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Overhead crane and fork truck usage.
• Measuring tools including tape measures, calipers and micrometers.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, email, and general Acutec electronic systems.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies alloy, quantities and sizes of remnant material into and out of the stockroom.
• Coordinate obsolete material scrap with procurement.
• Perform cycle counts to assure accuracy of inventory levels.
• Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate.
• Investigative skills.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Uses procedures and work instructions to disposition remnant material as either scrap, or re-stocked.
• Processes materials and components to and from inventory in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with documented work instructions and procedures.
• Provides accurate counts and conducts cycle counts.
• Provides strong internal customer service.
