Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Receiver / Inventory Control Clerk (ICC) to oversee DSD operations, ensure merchandise is received, accounted for, and stocked, and to maintain an accurate backroom environment.

You will scan items, manage inventory levels, and work with store teams to support promotional execution and donor monitoring. This role requires detail orientation, tech-savviness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, tracking and reconciling inventory in retail/grocery environments.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, and store portals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations and ensure items are received and stocked.
• Walk the store to scan DSD items and identify out-of-stock or overstock conditions.
• Collaborate with order writers, night crew, merchandisers and File Maintenance Clerk.
• Communicate with Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotions.
