You will walk the store daily to scan items, identify stock issues, and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication with store leadership, and maintaining a clean, organized backroom, with a focus on efficient promotional

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, tracking, and reconciling inventory in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, and familiarity with store portals or inventory systems.
• Ability to monitor damaged, expired, or salvageable merchandise and process returns for credit accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations and ensure inventory is accurately received, counted, and stocked.
• Walk the store daily to scan DSD items and identify out-of-stock or overstock conditions.
• Collaborate with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and File Maintenance Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with the Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotional execution.
• Monitor donations, manage grocery and non-perishable inventories, and maintain a secure, clean backroom.
