Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Inventory Control to oversee inventories of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. You will manage cycle counts, adjustments, and high-level inventory analysis to balance supply and demand for production.

The role requires supervision of Cycle Counter positions and collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth transitions and uninterrupted material flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher preferred; strong leadership and analytical capability.
• 5+ years of inventory control or production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by cycle counts and adjustments in Visual.
• Perform inventory analysis including variance review and root-cause analysis.
• Use MRP to generate reports on excess/obsolete materials, usage, and demand.
• Develop procedures for purchasing, production, scheduling, inventory control and traffic.
• Supervise Cycle Counter staff and coordinate their work.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notices with Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Lead weekly and monthly bulk issue counts.
• Inform Supply Chain Manager of inventory issues and propose solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
