Designer Brands is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead accuracy-driven operations across our distribution center network. You will manage cycle counts, investigations, and reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep product moving and commitments met.

The role emphasizes people development, process improvement, and safety, requiring 3+ years in inventory control and 2+ years in supervision. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or distribution center operations.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory controls, audits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Inventory Control activities to support accuracy and goals.
• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Monitor accuracy, shrink, and compliance metrics; report results to leadership.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Train, coach, and develop associates for performance and succession.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
