Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to lead a team, manage receiving, storage, rotation, and transfers of products within the warehouse, and coordinate with brokers and manufacturers to handle slow or outdated items.

The role requires ensuring product freshness, reducing shrink, and maintaining accurate inventories while fostering a productive, safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates, including staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensures correct receiving, storage, rotation, and proper disposal of damaged/out-of-code products.
• Maintains inventory accuracy with cycle counts and variances analysis.
• Oversees SKU setup, slot locations, and warehouse layout for productivity.
• Monitors transfers and coordinates with internal/external locations as needed.
• Performs other duties to support the department and organization.
