Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support shipping and receiving in a multi-temperature distribution environment. You will perform forklift and pallet jack tasks, ensure inventory integrity, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting productivity targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and the ability to work overtime. Drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet wrapping, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Maintains clean, safe workspace; reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack.
• Contacts supervisor about damaged items per policy.
• Puts on required PPE and adheres to safety guidelines.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Completes necessary paperwork and secures equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
