Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Warehouse Associate to oversee the receiving dock area, inspect materials, verify quality and labeling, and support the flow of goods in a fast-paced facility. You will review schedules, perform safety checks, and prepare areas for product arrival, while using a forklift and pallet jack to move items to staging areas and ensure accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Ability to lift 10-35 pounds, occasional up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving dock operations and verify quality and labeling.
• Inspect incoming trailers and ensure counts match schedules.
• Record counts in inventory system and coordinate storage.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move products and supplies.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and paperwork completion.
