Inventory Control Specialist, Warehousing

Responsibilities:
  • Support serialized and perpetual inventory management within the warehouse and update data in Brightree system.
  • Ensure accuracy of receiving documentation, including packing slips and bills of lading.
  • Manage and reconcile serialized inventory and pick-up equipment for accuracy and availability.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure on-hand inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations on supplier quality metrics, back-orders, and outages.
  • Collaborate to meet company objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required; some college preferred.
  • 1-3 years of inventory, receiving, or logistics experience, preferably in DME or healthcare.
  • Strong computer skills with Windows-based programs and web-based inventory systems.
  • Good understanding of operational practices and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass the HPE test.
  • Team player with good organizational skills.
