Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory for finished goods tissue and medical devices. You will manage storage, cycle counts, and data entry, ensuring compliant product mix and efficient order fulfillment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and flexibility to extend hours during physical inventory and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehousing and/or inventory experience.
• Familiarity with computers and data entry.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for finished goods inventory.
• Transfer tissue to FG/ITDC and to rework or rejection as needed.
• Perform quarterly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely tissue movement.
• Inspect tissue from processing for accuracy.
• Pull tissue for processing and schedule irradiation.
• Maintain storage logs for HCT/Ps and medical devices.
• Keep shelves, fridges and freezers organized and clean.
• Work flexible hours during peak inventory times.
