Job summary

MTF Biologics is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain accurate records for finished goods inventory and tissue, coordinating movement and storage while ensuring quality and compliance with procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing/inventory, strong data entry and Excel skills, and flexibility for peak periods. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, with a compensation rate of $20.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing and/or inventory experience.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree; 1-3 years experience; 2 years tissue banking; clerical experience.
• Knowledge of ISO, AATB and FDA regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for finished goods inventory and devices.
• Transfer tissue released to FG/ITDC and other workflows.
• Perform quarterly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate movement of tissue to meet requests and optimize inventory levels.
• Inspect tissue received from processing for accuracy and package for irradiation.
