Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an Inventory Coordinator (Administrative) to ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation within a Medline distribution center. You will adjust records in Catalyst and SAP to correct minor financial errors and collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse inventory experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in varying environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center with SAP inventory transactions
• Intermediate SAP and proficient Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts
• Reconciles discrepancies and makes adjustments in Catalyst and SAP for errors under $500
• Communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies
• Operate MHE as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
