Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to ensure adjustments reconcile to maintain inventory accuracy within a distribution center.

The role involves cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and making SAP/Catalyst adjustments under $500, with communication across warehouse teams and management. Requires 2 years of inventory experience and strong SAP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate SAP skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate Excel skills (SUM, borders, columns, charts, wrap text, sorting, headers/footers).
• Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts.
• Reconciles discrepancies as needed.
• Performs adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct financial errors under $500.
• Communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
