Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Analyst to maintain cycle count records, liaise with customers and internal teams, and support inventory accuracy across systems. You will handle daily reporting and drive process improvements in inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ Years in a warehouse environment - prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Inventory control documentation, which includes creating new procedures as well as reviewing approved procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Carry on daily communication with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
• Improve Inventory Control disciplines and provide guidance on inventory issues; prepare daily/weekly reporting and documentation.
