Job summary

DHL Air (UK) Ltd is seeking an Inventory Clerk to verify and reconcile inventories for customers and suppliers. You will complete physical counts, analyze reports, and act as a liaison between customer support, suppliers and management to resolve inventory issues.

The role requires 1-3 years warehousing experience, familiarity with SAP inventory, and basic data analysis using Excel. This on-site position supports a fast-paced logistics environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years warehousing experience; barcode system preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory systems such as SAP inventory and Topex.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventories for the customer, suppliers, and DHL.
• Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports.
• Interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.
• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Investigate any shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.

Required Education And Experience
