Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Control professional to ensure cycle counts, address inventory adjustments, and resolve error queues to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy in our distribution center.

You will review daily reports (SAP and Catalyst), correct financial errors, mentor warehouse staff, and coordinate with A/P, product divisions, and internal audit to resolve discrepancies while operating MHE as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 2+ yrs inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst or equivalent enterprise/WMS; proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to direct changes and adapt to a changing environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: 1-2 years lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and workload adjustments.
• Train and mentor facility team on inventory processes and procedures; course-correct where applicable.
• Review Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily; reconcile discrepancies; adjust in Catalyst and/or SAP.
• Manage all error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV).
• Research problem tickets and ensure completeness and accuracy of inventory transactions.
• Investigate OSIs; create RGAs and adjust inventory in Catalyst and/or SAP.
• Communicate with warehouse operations, A/P, product divisions, inventory management, item master data, customer service, and internal audit to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) as needed.
