Job summary

Medline Industries, LP distribution center is seeking an Inventory Control Technician responsible for reconciling all inventory adjustments to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy.

The role conducts cycle counts, reconciles discrepancies, and records adjustments in Catalyst and SAP for corrections under $500. Strong communication with warehouse teams and operation managers is required, along with ability to operate MHE and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
• Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Intermediate SAP skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate in Excel (SUM, borders, column width, charts, wrap, sort, headers/footers).
• Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts.
• Reconciles discrepancies and performs adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP for corrections under $500.
• Communicate with warehouse team members and operations management to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as necessary; perform other duties as assigned.
