Job summary

Medline Industries in Uxbridge, MA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure inventory accuracy by researching and reconciling adjustments, error queues, and financial issues in the distribution center.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting cycle counts, mentoring staff on inventory processes, reviewing the Material Movement and Goods Over Receipt reports, and making SAP and Catalyst adjustments to correct errors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst or equivalent systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and implement process changes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cycle counts and manage workload.
• Train and mentor facility staff on inventory processes.
• Review reports daily and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform adjustments in SAP and Catalyst to correct financial errors.
• Manage all error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV).
• Research tickets, resolve issues, and monitor inventory transactions.
• Handle OSIs and coordinate with A/P, product divisions, inventory Mgmt, and QA.
• Create RGAs and perform adjustments in Catalyst/SAP to correct OSIs.
• Operate MHE as needed.
