Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in the United States is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.

The role includes processing receipts, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, reporting, and partnering with the Store Operations Manager to ensure consistent, legendary customer service and efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Perform inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.
• Execute receiving Direct POs, Freight transfers, and DC receiving transfers.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation and related reports per company standards.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Assist customers and support store operations under supervision.
