Job summary

The Container Store is seeking an Inventory Control role at our Distribution Center. This full-time, on-site position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and supporting stock management in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Control field; retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with operating Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory accuracy through audits and observations.
• Perform daily cycle counts and quality checks.
• Assist with product movement and equipment operation as needed.
• Maintain department metrics and assist with stock processes.
• Communicate inventory issues with relevant teams.
