Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage finished goods and raw materials inventory and ensure accuracy across ERP postings and reporting. The role collaborates with accounting and plant management to maintain supply levels and proper documentation.

The position requires a high school diploma, inventory control experience, and MS Office proficiency, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is a full-time Illinois-based role with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Inventory control experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of receiving/purchasing documentation and distribution to accounting/purchasing.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly received and posted in ERP system.
• Report daily material movement to accounting to reflect production usage.
• Coordinate with accounting and plant management to maintain min/man and conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Ensure items are received, stored, and separated correctly with proper tagging and handling.
• Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline material handling and documentation.
