Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of materials. You will coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel. You will work in a warehouse environment and may be required to operate forklift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and identify inventory trends or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Works with facilities to manage inventory.
• Regularly inspects inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
• Implements effective inventory control methods and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Works closely with production and logistics teams to forecast future inventory needs.
• Generate inventory reports & provide insights on stock levels, usage trends, & shortages.
• Be forklift certified to assist the operation.
• Regularly performs shipping and receiving tasks using the ERP system.
• Other duties as assigned.
