Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support production operations in Florida. The role focuses on inventory control of finished goods, accuracy, and timely documentation within the ERP system.

You will conduct regular inventories, reconcile receiving/purchasing records, and collaborate with production and accounting to maintain optimal stock levels. Strong organizational skills and forklift experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control of finished goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and daily verification.
• Report quality issues and shortages.
• Conduct quarterly inventories and reconcile receiving/purchasing documents.
• Ensure deliveries are received and posted in the ERP system.
• Maintain min/max levels and conduct quarterly inventories.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Operate sit-down forklift as needed.
