Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Hudson, NH to oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow. You will perform cycle counts, align ERP data with physical stock, and collaborate with production and purchasing to optimize processes.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma required.
• 5+ years in material management/manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Hands-on inspection tools: calipers, XRF, CMM.
• Strong written and verbal communication; security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory receipt, identification, and documentation.
• Manage shipping/receiving and document inventory.
• Ensure ERP vs physical locations match quantities and locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and space optimization.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Production on counts and locations.
• Perform mechanical inspection and document conformance.
