Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma.
• 5+ years of experience in material management or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with calipers, XRF, CMM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Support the shipping and receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure inventory stock levels and locations match ERP system records.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counts and space optimization.
• Execute cycle counting between physical inventory and ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Production regarding counts and locations.
• Improve processes to reduce root causes of discrepancies.
• Supply production with needed materials (daily kitting).
• Perform mechanical inspection of incoming and in-stock materials using calipers, XRF, and CMM.
