Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Materials & Quality Specialist to manage warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow. You will execute cycle counts, maintain ERP alignment, and collaborate with production and purchasing to optimize processes.

The role requires hands-on operations experience and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will perform mechanical inspections, utilize calipers, XRF, and CMM tools, and support quality documentation while lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school or vocational diploma.
• 5+ years' experience in Material Management or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with mechanical inspection tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Execute cycle counts and reconcile with ERP.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing teams.
• Maintain inventory levels and locations in ERP.
• Improve processes to address discrepancies and root causes.
• Provide daily kitting to production per the plan.
• Perform mechanical inspection and part verification.
• Operate CMM routines and support quality documentation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
