Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of inventory control experience. Loss prevention experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Position requires 20–30% travel.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; experience in WMS or Delivery software; RF experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Inventories (PIs) at Stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Audit inventory reporting and research root causes to adjust variances.
• Review and process return manifests and manage transfer manifests across hubs and 3PLs.
• Maintain SOPs for inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation; comply with SOX and safety requirements.
• Travel locally to stores and 3PL locations to support inventory operations.
