Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Physical Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate counts at stores and 3PL locations, performing physical inventories and audits to drive improvements in inventory operations. You will use RF scanners, tablets, ERP systems, and delivery portals to validate counts and support reconciliation with 3PL partners.

The role requires 40–50% travel and collaboration with store teams to maintain SOX-compliant records.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inventory control experience; loss prevention experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Position requires 40–50% travel.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; experience in WMS or Delivery software; RF experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Inventories (PIs) at Stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Research inventory movement and determine final product disposition; approve product disposals when appropriate.
• Audit inventory reporting with 3rd party providers; maintain SOPs for inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation.
• Travel to local and regional stores and 3PL locations as needed.
• Review and process return manifests; build premansifests and ensure accuracy in transfer manifests.
