Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our Inventory Management team. The role focuses on inventory control, audits, transfers between DCs and Showrooms, and ensuring data integrity across ERP, WMS, and Salesforce systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. This position involves weekend hours and on-site work at our Ohio facilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum inventory control experience including cycle counting, WMS/ERP, and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Analytical, research, and critical thinking with multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead cross-functional discussions.
• Understanding of logistics and warehousing processes (order processing, picking, shipping, delivery/returns).
• Experience in public company environments and SOX compliance preferred.
• Meets KPIs and follows SOPs; collaborative and eager to learn and lead.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory audits and adjustments with integrity.
• Complete DC-to-Showroom transfers within 24 hours and confirm receipt.
• Support showrooms and resolve transfer discrepancies.
• Monitor Salesforce requests and inventory status changes across DCs and showrooms.
• Audit movements using ERP/WMS and related systems; consider human factors.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories reconciliations.
• Develop and update SOPs for system processes and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other standards over inventory processes.
