Arhaus, Inc. is seeking a Physical Inventory Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy across Stores and 3PL locations.

The role performs physical counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain financial statement accuracy and improve inventory operations. The candidate will use RF scanners, ERP systems, and delivery portals, travel 40–50% to local and regional hubs, and collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inventory control experience; loss prevention experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Position requires 40–50% travel.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; experience in WMS or delivery software; RF experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventories at Stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis and determine correct inventory adjustments.
• Audit inventory reporting in partnership with 3rd party providers.
• Use RF scanners, tablets, ERP systems, and delivery portals to validate counts.
• Collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to ensure accurate prep and reconciliation of inventories.
• Maintain and improve SOPs related to physical inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation.
• Travel to local and regional stores and 3PL locations as needed.
