Qualifications

Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred.
1 year minimum inventory control experience with cycle counting and ERP/WMS familiarity.
Strong MS Office (Excel) and reporting tools with data analysis required.
Analytical, research and critical thinking skills with multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory audits and adjustments with integrity.
Complete DC-to-Showroom transfers within 24 hours of delivery and verify receipt.
Provide support to showrooms and resolve transfer discrepancies promptly.
Monitor Salesforce requests for inventory corrections and cycle counts.
Understand ERP, WMS and systems to audit inventory movements and resolve discrepancies.
Support cycle counts and physical inventories reconciliation and adjustments.
Develop and update SOPs for system processes and issue resolution.
Support SOX compliance and other public company standards to maintain controls.
