Lever, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to perform routine cycle counts, bin audits, and assist investigations to maintain inventory accuracy.

The role collaborates with warehouse teams and adheres to inventory procedures and safety guidelines, including operating forklifts and barcode scanners. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in warehouse/inventory roles, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and basic math skills required.
  • Familiarity with handheld barcode scanners/inventory tools preferred.
  • Comfortable manipulating data in Excel using formatting and basic formulas.
  • Ability to follow instructions and report discrepancies.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Willingness to learn ERP system usage and data procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with routine inventory audits.
  • Support labeling and bin maintenance activities.
  • Verify product locations and report discrepancies to inventory leadership.
  • Assist with count documentation, document retention, and year end inventory.
  • Operate forklifts and handheld barcode scanners.
  • Maintain organization of inventory and staging locations to drive accuracy.
  • Learn and apply inventory best practices and SOPs under guidance.
  • Communicate clearly with materials and receiving teams as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
