Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure accurate inventory records and safe distribution center operations. You will perform daily cycle counts, verify counts, and enter data into the inventory system while coordinating with the ICQA team.

The role requires at least a year of inventory experience or equivalent education, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of inventory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and verify physical inventory against records.
• Enter data into inventory management system and correct discrepancies.
• Investigate, document, and report inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Maintain documentation of defects and coordinate with ICQA leadership.
• Operate powered equipment safely (e.g., forklifts) as trained.
• Promote a safe, accurate, and efficient work environment.
