Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials Services (Aerospace) is seeking a Material Control Analyst in Auburn, WA to provide accurate inventory information for company-controlled stock and support the flow of materials to production lines. This safety-sensitive role requires strict adherence to pre-employment drug testing and safety protocols.

You will create reports, update systems, track adjustments, and participate in audits while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
• Strong reading/writing and basic math skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift or related material handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain regular material control reports for management.
• Update inventory management system and track part number adjustments.
• Enter cycle counts and monitor inventory adjustments for accuracy.
• Assign locations for incoming materials and investigate discrepancies.
• Support internal and external material audits and safety initiatives.
