Job summary

thyssenkrupp Aerospace in Auburn, WA is seeking a Material Control Analyst to accurately provide inventory information for company-controlled material stock and to support the flow of materials from inventory to the production line.

This safety-sensitive role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with inventory systems and MS Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to operate material handling equipment; on-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• This is a Safety Sensitive role, focus on safety in all tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent working knowledge of Inventory Management Systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of Titan, MASS, and SAP systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and train others
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
• Certification to operate material handling equipment

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain regular material control reports for management
• Update inventory management system
• Track part number adjustments
• Update and monitor inventory adjustments
• Enter cycle count results
• Develop part-to-part transfers
• Assign locations in inventory for incoming materials
• Investigate inventory errors and location/assignment errors
• Assist in internal and external material audits
• Maintain accuracy in all work and PPE use when required
• Support Health, Safety, Quality, and Lean initiatives
• Complete duties safely and as assigned by supervisor
• Meet all employee attributes and competencies
