Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk II to coordinate material movement through the production cycle and maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse. You will verify Packing slips, break down shipments, relabel items, input data, and perform cycle counts to support efficient operations.

The role requires 3-5 years in Inventory Control, forklift certification, and experience with Cargowise, AS400, WMS, and Xcelerator.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (Preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in Inventory Control (Required).
• Experience: 0-3 years in Freight forwarding and/or 3PL (Preferred).
• Knowledge/Skills: Cargowise, AS400, Warehouse Management Systems, Xcelerator.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and clerical tasks in shipment and reception of supplies and finished products.
• Check, verify and audit materials; enter data to ensure correct quantity and condition.
• Verify shipping records and correct packaging and labeling.
• Assist with receiving material from vendors through databases.
• Maintain product inventory accuracy.
• Unpack received materials and check for damage and accuracy of shipment.
• Complete daily cycle counts for required clients.
• Move/consolidate inventory to clear pallet positions.
• Handle mis-picks and forklift movement as needed.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
