Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for our service center in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and coordinating outbound picking lists, with SAP ERP experience preferred and forklift responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• ERP/WMS experience required; SAP highly preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to get certified.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound advice and picking lists for sales, distribution, service, and transfers.
• Review and sort orders to distribute to warehouse personnel by shipment type.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to identify orders needing corrections.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies; perform recounts when needed.
• Support warehouse activities including material handling and local pick-up/delivery.
