Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy in a distribution center. You will generate reports, perform cycle counts, and audit records to support shipping and receiving.

You will verify counts, investigate discrepancies, and assist with quality/regulatory tasks (e.g., SQFI or FDA where applicable). This role requires detail orientation and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse or distribution.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., food grade) may be required depending on site.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; track damaged product and report to leadership.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and recalls as needed.
• May monitor pest control program at site if required.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, or other customer needs; facilitate quality training and coordinate site quality management.
