Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels in a distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, prepare reports, and ensure records align with physical stock while supporting recalls and QA processes.

Responsibilities include audits, system checks, and readiness for inspections. The role requires detail orientation, ISO familiarity, and basic MS Office skills to support operations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail
• Pass Background and Drug screen
• Competencies: Action Oriented, Collaborates, Decision Quality, Optimize Work Processes, Situational Adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate applicable inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits and track and monitor damaged product in inventory; provide reports to leadership.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and audits; monitor pest control if required.
• Support quality functions: ensure facility is inspection ready (SQFI, FDA or customer needs) and assist with training.
• Maintain the quality management portal and draft/revise SOPs as needed.
