Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory in a distribution center. You will handle cycle counts, reports, and audits while supporting shipping/receiving to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities include recalls, holds/releases, and quality readiness to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards. The role requires attention to detail, 2+ years in a warehouse, and basic IT skills; site-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Industry-specific (e.g., food grade) experience may be required based on site.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; monitor damaged product.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and recalls where applicable.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready (SQFI, FDA or customer needs); support quality program.
