Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory in a distribution center. You will conduct daily cycle counts, audits, and reporting to support shipping and receiving demands across multiple sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 2+ years in a warehouse environment; ISO requirements familiarity is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment; food-grade experience may be required depending on site.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits; track damaged products and report discrepancies.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits if needed.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready (SQFI, FDA or other customer needs).
• Support quality management programs and draft site SOPs as needed.
