Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and support quality initiatives across the distribution network. You will work with the inventory system to prepare materials for shipping, perform audits, and flag discrepancies for leadership review.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with ISO standards, and ability to collaborate across teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and audits; track damaged goods.
• Verify clerical vs. physical inventory; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate holds/releases, recalls and returns as needed.
• Support quality functions; ensure inspection readiness (e.g., SQFI, FDA).
• Maintain quality management portal and draft/revise SOPs as needed.
