Job summary

Kenco Logistics manages inventory in a distributed warehouse environment, focusing on accuracy and timely reporting. The Inventory Clerk supports daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and system reconciliations to ensure materials are ready for shipping and receiving needs.

Compliance with food safety and ISO-related standards is a consideration across sites. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, along with 2 years in warehousing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Industry-specific experience may be required depending on site (e.g., food grade).
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits; track damaged product.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and inspections as needed.
• Maintain quality management portal and draft site SOPs as needed.
