Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels in a distribution center. You will perform daily cycle counts, generate reports, and verify records against physical counts to support on-time shipping and receiving.

The role may involve recalls, holds/releases, and ensuring QA readiness, with adherence to site procedures and applicable regulations; strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits; track damaged goods.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready and support quality management program.
