Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory in a distribution center across multiple sites. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies, preparing materials for shipping and receiving to meet customer needs.

High school diploma or GED required; 2 years in warehouse experience preferred; basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Training on quality and compliance programs may be provided to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestations audits as needed.
• Ensure facility quality readiness and support the site’s quality management program.
