Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels, run cycle counts, and support audits across multiple distribution sites. You’ll work with the inventory system to prepare items for shipping and receiving while addressing discrepancies and quality controls.

The role requires at least a high school diploma (or GED) with 2 years of warehouse experience; familiarity with ISO standards and MS Office is preferred. A team environment and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred; basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits; monitor damaged items.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits.
• Support quality program; ensure inspection readiness (SQFI/FDA).
• Draft or revise site SOPs; maintain quality management portal.
